Robert Barton Englund is a veteran actor mostly known for his portrayal of Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street live-action films. He also provides the voice of Scarecrow in Injustice 2 (2017). [1]
He also notably voiced Felix Faust in the Justice League (2001-2004) (as well as Unlimited [2004-2006]) as well as Riddler in The Batman (2004-2008), both roles being related to DC Comics.
Outside of the DC and Nightmare on Elm Street franchises, he is known for playing various TV show, film, and video game characters, including Bill Gartley from The Mangler (1995), Dennis Shothoffer from Downtown (1986-1987), and Terran Khan from Master of Orion: Conquer the Stars (2016).

- Englund's character he's most well known for portraying (Freddy Krueger) was a guest character in NetherRealm Studios' first fighting game (Mortal Kombat 9 [2011]). Incidentally, Englund also provided the vocals for Krueger, despite him having little to no voice lines save for 2 utterances and the occasional grunt, scream or yell.
